Feeling Stuck?  Are Your Emotions Interfering with Your Goals? 

Have you ever wanted to accomplish something and no matter how much you tried, you just couldn't make it happen?  Perhaps you have had clients who were incredibly stuck.  You helped them to set small goals, change perspective, looked deep into their psyche and still no movement occurred.

Emotions are as much a part of being human as breathing. With breathing, every inhalation is followed by exhalation.  A flow must be maintained. The better the flow, the better the health and well-being of the individual. The same is true of our emotions. They should flow like the tears and laughter of a young child. The problem is that sometimes our emotions do not flow, but become stuck in our bodies. When this happens, we may experience pain, confusion, paralysis - dysfunction.  Chronic patterns of negative emotion can be programmed into our bodies.  Fortunately, they can also be programmed out. In this keynote, Barbara takes an in-depth look at eight qualities she believes to be vital to create a profitable organization.  Having been an entrepreneur since the age of eight, she will share insights as well as mistakes.
